As a mom of ten and former Nevada midwife, I've had the honor of attending more than 300 births. I look forward to supporting you through the sweat, tears, pains, and joys as you welcome the newest member of your family!

Doula Support Packages
"Just My Birth, Please" Package
This is a good choice for you if
You are quite confident that you have a solid understanding of birth and how to care for postpartum self and your new baby...
You've made many of the important decisions about your options...
You don't need (non-labor) massage therapy
You don't need postpartum support
I will simply show up at your doorstep when you call me in labor, and offer amazing support. Then I'll stay for 2 to 4 hours to help you get settled into your new roles as brand-new baby, mom, and family. Then I'll leave. Nice!
Please note: to purchase this package, you must pursue your own childbirth education by 35 weeks and prepare a birth plan.

"All the Love" Doula Support Package
(most popular!)
This is a good choice for you if you have done some preparation and some childbirth education...
But you still feel like you could use a guide to help you navigate your options...
You also think a rejuvenating massage sounds heavenly...
And you would like some skilled support with your new tiny human.
This package includes

One Prenatal Planning Session to discuss your desires, go over your options, and prepare your birth plan (usually two hours, in-person or virtual)

On-call Support by text, video chat, or phone from 37 weeks to two weeks postpartum.

One Relaxing Therapeutic Massage (any time during or after your pregnancy)

Hands-on support for the labor and birth of your baby (after which I will stay with you for 2 to 4 hours)

Four Hours of In-Person Postpartum Support
